The road network is already at capacity at the location, only to be made worse by other planned developments around carisff airport. There is a shortage of services in the surrounding area, exisitng will be put under more pressure by more houses. This site chosen for ease of developing the green wedge over various brown field sites across the vale. Water run off from site will flood existing properties in nant talwg way and effect the eco system. This plan helps to erode the Welsh culture and community.
