The infrastructure is not able to support an additional 520 households. With potentially 2 cars per household, increased traffic will make the village more isolated and cut off as traffic queues will increase. There is not a full time surgery in the village nor supermarket and there are not enough facilities to sustainably support more households. Public transport is scarce and no large retail units within walking distance. There is also no secondary school within walking distance and houses in the area will devalue with increased supply. I would support it only with major investment in infrastructure in Rhoose.
