Dilution of Welsh speakers, negative impact forcing locals out of the area, and reduced everyday use of Welsh in community life
I object to the proposed Dinas Powys development ref hg1ks2.
As a full time worker who commutes into Cardiff on a regular basis by train, there simply isn’t capacity on the line for additional commuters. On several occasions I have been unable to board the train as carriages have been too full to allow more passengers on already by the Eastbrook stop. A key reason this site appears to have been chosen for the development is its proximity to the train station however there is no capacity to support more commuters on the line, how can this rationale be supported?
