HG1 KS2-You want to expand the village -now it is the size of a small town, but without the facilities of a small town. Cowbridge has a far smaller population but a far greater range of facilities. GP surgery is at overcapacity already after taking Penarth and Grangetown patients, flooding on the roads, especially Cardiff road and Millbrook road is a frequent occurrence which will only worsen.
Pavements along Cardiff road near the proposed development are narrow- no good for pushchairs/wheelchairs. Platform leading to Barry at Eastbrook is only easily accessible by footbridge, trains are often full.
