Weycock Cross site is not served by adequate nearby local transport. This site will encourage use of cars by it's location. the increased traffic on this congested road will reduce well being for existing & new resisents of Barry & Rhoose.
The development will have a huge impact on the privacy of the St James' Cres & Nant Talwg Way residents who have small gardens.
The wildlife in the area will be reduced & their habitats destroyed.
Building will increase the chance of flooding which the area is prone to.
Remove Weycock Cross from the LDP.
Improve infrastructure in the town.
Repair pavements to encourage people to be able to walk safely.
Tidy up the town to increase people's well being.
