if safe active travel route to Pen y Garth school would benefit the Welsh language as would be closest primary school to this site.
My main concern is the potential increase in traffic, however this could be mitigated and other Dinas Powys residents could be enabled to reduce their car use if links to public transport and active travel routes are put in place before anyone moves into this site. Extend bus lane/shared use path to last house currently on Cardiff Road. Provide a safe coherent cycle route to Baron's Court and links to Pont y Werin and along Penarth Rd. Eastbrook station to have lift/ramp and safe walking route there. All houses to have secure cycle parking.
