I strongly object to the proposed development of 250 new homes on Cardiff road as above
1) population increase-the village population is increasing and will no longer be a village.
2) Since I have lived in the village some 50+ years the congestion on Cardiff road has increased yearly and a further development will only add to the problem.
3) Our infrastructure is already at bursting point. Our GP practise is oversubscribed, the schools are full and oversubscribed. I do not know if GP and schools have been consulted about the development.
4) This development will add to our existing problems of flooding, and extra sewage will cause problems.
5) Development will cause further delays to our journeys and will pose a risk to children going to and from St Cyres on the adjacent pavement, numerous walkers, mothers and babies and runners that use this pavement daily as well as cyclists.
