Am starting to reply to this proposal. To almost static traffic quite normal. We're led to believe that around 250 new homes are to be built along Cardiff Road so slow moving, other than frequent taxis (mostly empty) taking advantage of traffic lights favouring them (why). This is before 250 new properties are built adding around on average 2 cars per household. Cardiff road cannot absorb this extra volume of traffic in addition. Dinas Powys has few surgeries Clinics dentists etc, all over subscribed. Who has approved this development? Can we trust they might be identified and reasons behind same (we daren't hold our breaths). Wait for the flooding! We need housing, yes. But make it thought out. I'm beginning to sound nimby, but I'm not. I don't expect this to even be read. But who knows? I fear what this will lead to.
