This is a move in a good direction but the council needs to make these areas more attractive to outside businesses and industry. At present the roading network is in poor condition in these areas and results in HGV's travelling along unsuitable, overcrowded and urban routes to access these areas. Transport links between these areas and the M4 need to be considerably improved before repurposing of these sites in order to attract high quality businesses and employers into the area once the sites are ready.
