The plan in no way meets the stated goals of addressing climate and nature emergencies nor makes any attempt it seems to hit the stated goals of a more resilient,greener, active and healthier vale. This section is so vague, it in no way addresses how these goals are intended to be attempted. It feels like the goals have been set by one committee then the ideas have been originated by another having not even read the stated goals.
The goals need to be further reaching and in greater depth and clarity along with a clear summarised action plan of how these goals can be achieved. Measurable figures needs to be put to these goals. For example a net increase of x amount of green space by the year 2030 or aim to increase participation in regular outdoor healthy activities by x amount in 2030 from x amount in 2026.
