If the Council are insisting on going ahead with this plan, the biggest change would be to transfer the entrance/exit to the proposed new housing estate in Dinas Powys, from half way down the entrance into Dinas Powys from Llandough, to behind the Church opposite Redlands Road, so that traffic from the proposed housing estate, can join Cardiff Road where the old Llandough Motors site was, which is still empty. This change would relieve congestion, as the in/out to the site would then be at an already traffic controlled area, rather than placing a further traffic light controlled area transgressing across a Bus Lane, possibly causing accidents.

The delivery of the Construction materials, is going to cause massive disruption on Cardiff Road. And for a new Housing Estate of 250 houses, I would be expecting 500 cars parked outside their houses, more considering elder siblings. Where would the entrance/exit to the estate be? Local Schools, Doctors' Surgery and other utilities, are already overrun as it is, without proposed 'new' patients!! How is the water/sewerage from these extra dwellings going to be handled? Is there going to be extreme disruption throughout the existing Village to cater for that? Our so called "Village" is going to be 'lost' forever!!!
