I think all the problems listed in the leaflet 'Help Save Our Dinas Powys' are relevant (re. proposal for 250 new houses at Eastbrook), but especially the problem of traffic congestion and increased risk of flooding. The main Cardiff Road already has long tailbacks at various times throughout the day. The proposal for more housing at Eastbrook (and towards Llandough Hospital) can only make this worse.
