The density of building on the HG1 KS1 site - 376 houses (previously in 2015 it was 200) is incompatible not only with the existing building in this area, but it entails a wide range of unresolved problems on traffic increases, transport, road gridlock, overburdened existing Health services, water, drainage and sewerage impacts. Planning speak very vaguely of conversations with NHS and West water etc, but NOTHING substantive exists. The Planning documentation is replete with vague promises which in the current financial climate remain vague hopes. I do hope some sense of realism can eventually prevails somewhere.
