Three out of five Placemaking Objectives completley rule out the suitability of the Weycock Cross site, particularly in relation to Location and Movement. This development is in direct contravention of the stated principles. No mitigation packages as suggested can possibly offset the glaring issues that arise from the inevitable increase in traffic as well as the need for additional services. Health, transport, drainage, sewerage measures are mere unsubstantiated promises. Lip service only is applied to environmental protection. Loss of privacy and security, increase in noise and disturbance are what is in store for existing residents. They appear not to matter.
