It is hard to see how the current proposal for Weycock Cross will enhance the lives of existing residents or new ones, when the pollution levels of the air we/they will all breathe will be so badly affected by the intensity of traffic flow (or lack of!)
Currently local services and facilities are neither easily accessible nor well connected within the existing community. A large additional housing estate will put further strain on these, and the whole system is likely to fail for everyone. This is not responsible planning.
