Community infrastructure at Weycock Cross is sadly lacking in terms of Health provision and public transport. Accessing GP appointments is a nightmare. Our surgery is already oversubscribed. NO buses currently serve us from the Weycock roundabout to either the station or to the town centre. In order to access either we must use a car. I am in my 80s. Walking to and from the station is not an option for me, or for young families with prams or toddlers, either to the station or to the supermarket. I have raised 4 children. I know what is possible.
