I object most strongly to the development of 250 new houses on Cardiff Rd, Dinas Powys, on the following grounds:
1. Increased pollution and traffic congestion.
2. Increased risk of flooding.
3. The train car park at Eastbrook is full to capacity at peak times.
4. Loss of important wildlife
5. The development will lead to a loss of village identity and a reduction of the green belt.
6. Doctors and Schools in Dinas Powys are already at full capacity.
7. There have been no improvements to the road between Barry and Dinas Powys for over 50 years.
