The impact of the proposed development will have a huge negative effect. Traffic in the local area is already at at standstill during morning and evening rush-hour and access to and parking at Eastbrook Station is inadequate.
In addition to the traffic and travel issues there are wider environmental concerns with a significant reduction in the green belt, loss of wildlife habitats and an increased risk of flooding.
Doctors, dentists and local schools are already full and there doesn't appear to be any ongoing consultation with GPs.
