I am against the proposal HG1 KS2 in Dinas Powys. Dinas is a small village with a thriving community, addition of further houses and populace will decrease this. More importantly, resources within the village are already stretched and traffic is already busy. The addition of 250 houses, 500+ people and 400 or so cars would severely affect village life. The medical centre and schools are already over subscribed, traffic through the village is mostly congested. Other services (train and bus) are also overly busy. The proposed site for these houses will lead to increased traffic in an already busy area.

The proposed site for these houses will lead to increased traffic in an already busy area. Basically, the village cannot sustain more people and more traffic.
