Congestion in Dinas Powys is making life unbearable for the residents. It’s hard to drive from one side of the village to the other. Trips to the surgery from the village take longer and are more hazardous. The infrastructure of Dinas Powys is already trying to function beyond its maximum capacity.
The proposed new development will only make matters worse.
