Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

The proposed development will significantly add to traffic congestion and air pollution. Long tailbacks from the Merry Harrier's junction are a daily occurrence and any additional roads joining the junction directly or indirectly will inevitably increase the congestion. In addition, the volume of traffic entering Dinas Powys from recent Barry developments has been considerable.
Consideration must also be given to pedestrians who also have to safely navigate any new road layout.
The development will put further pressure on the local infrastructure, in particular medical care which is already functioning at capacity.
There is an increased risk of flooding in low lying areas as drainage improves from the run-off of the new houses.
This is a green-field development which will reduce the boundary between Dinas Powys and Llandough and will no doubt set a precedent for similar development applications in future.
