minimal but due to the Proximity of Llandough hospital - I expect negatively by the arrival of the Oversea medical staff.
This development will create in Dinas Powys the following issues:-
Increased flooding by Paving over the flood plain.
Increased congestion by adding another 250 housed to a main artery.
Doctors and schools are already over capacity.
Major loss of Green field and Greenbelt with the inherent loss of wild life.
Impact on the travel arteries which are already congested.
Dinas Powys will no longer be isolated from Penarth, Llandough is already part of Penarth.
