This development will create in Dinas Powys the following issues:-
Doctors and schools are already over capacity.
Loss of Green field and hence wild life.
Increased congestion by adding another 250 housed to a main artery.
Increased flooding by Paving over the flood plain.
Impact on the travel arteries which are already congested.
Dinas Powys will no longer be independant from Penarth (Llandough has already been subsumed)
Major loss of Greenbelt
