This development will create in Dinas Powys the following issues:-
Increased congestion by adding another 250 housed to a main artery.
Increased flooding by Paving over the flood plain.
Doctors and schools are already over capacity.
Loss of Green field and hence wild life.
Impact on the travel arteries which are already congested.
Dinas Posis will no longer be isolated from Penarth (Llandough has already been subsumed)
Major loss of Greenbelt
