I have lived in Dinas Powys since 1977 and have seen an ever increasing problem with traffic congestion. Currently, traffic is sometimes gridlocked, particularly on Cardiff road. This makes travel within the village and out of the village very difficult and time consuming.
The additional 250 new homes envisaged in this plan would put an intolerable extra burden on the village infrastructure. Schools, GPs, etc are already stretched to the limit, and as stated traffic congestion is unacceptable.
