Will over subscribe local Welsh schools. Teachers having classes more than 30 - not good for the children to be overcrowded.
Myself and my wife have medical needs that means being seen by a doctor regularly. To get an appointment is already impossible. More houses mean more people registered at the doctors, which means even less appointments available.
Traffic is horrendous already. More houses means more cars, more traffic congestion.
Increased flooding risk. Putting people’s houses and lives in danger. Not good enough!
NHS/Ambulance services already struggling in the area. 5 hours wait for an ambulance. This will be longer with more houses.
Don’t want to loose village identity after living here for more than 40 years!
