I formally oppose the development based on the following critical infrastructure and environmental failures:
Traffic & Safety: Weycock Cross is already at peak capacity additional housing risks total gridlock and delayed emergency response times.
Education: According School Capacity Report, Barry schools are already oversubscribed.
Healthcare: NHS Wales data confirms Barry has the region’s longest GP wait times.
Infrastructure: Over 1,000 homes recently built in Rhoose/St Athan have received zero commensurate upgrades to roads or services.
Environment: Development violates "Green Wedge" status and the Wales Biodiversity Partnership, threatening local farming and wildlife.
Drainage: Topography creates high flood risks and sewage overflow.
