Move the location to fields adjacent to st athan village (west of the power station) they have proper infrastructure surrounding them. It won’t be a bolt on to an existing estate. This will appease residents and could potentially tap in directly to the energy concern planned at the old power station site, it would be good publicity and reputation building for the council as it could be planned as an “eco village” of sorts

Destruction of one of the only accessible green spaces, beautiful biodiverse hedgerows full of endangered birds and other species is a travesty. This space is a haven for residents and their children and provides a legitimate natural antidepressant. The loss of open space and amalgamation of a new set of habitats bolted onto existing housing estates, especially an area with clear flooding issues is short sighted. The noise and air pollution being adjacent to the airport’s runway surely has health implications for any potential residents.Noise pollution from the airport will intensify as the sound will ricochet from street to street
