Ks2 - Cardiff Road already suffers heavy congestion and is widely used as a rat run. An additional 250 homes would significantly worsen traffic and road safety.
Local GP surgeries are already overstretched, and local schools are at or near capacity. There is no clear evidence that infrastructure will be expanded in time to support this growth.
Dinas Powys already experiences infrastructure pressures compared with nearby Barry and Penarth. Further large-scale development should not proceed without guaranteed, funded improvements.
