I strongly object to the plan to build 250+ new houses on Cardiff Road in Dinas Powys. Having lived in the village for 7 years I am shocked at these proposals. My previous house on Greenfield Ave flooded in 2019 and this will only add to the flood risk. The roads are simply not fit for purpose with all the Barry traffic into Cardiff, adding more would be madness. The doctors and schools are at capacity. We simply cannot have more houses in Dinas Powys.
