I object to the development on the following grounds:
1. It will lead to even more congestion on Cardiff Road, which is constantly busy. It will also lead to increased pollution.
2. The local health centre and schools are already at capacity.
3. Increase the risk of flooding as the water run off from the site will impact on the Cadoxton river.
4. Loss of village identity
5. Reduction of greenbelt land
6. Loss of wildlife in the area
7. Emergency services will be adversely affected by the additional congestion brought on y the development.
