There will be no impact on Welsh language. Is this a relevant question?
I object on the following grounds
1) increase in flood risk to existing properties
2) Dinas Powys is at present classed as a village. This will increase size to a town, with none of the facilities needed by a town.
3) Loss of countryside
4) Considerable increase in traffic on already congested roads which are badly maintained.
5) Increase of patients at an already over-capacity health centre.
