I object because-
1. Doctors and schools already at capacity
2. Increased congestion
3. Increased flooding
4. Limited access to Eastbrook Train station and parking at that train station
5. NHS services-Llandough hospital will be affected by the additional demand and congestion brough on by the development.
6. Reduced greenbelt
7. Cardiff Road, through Dinas Powys is the only through route for traffic from Barry, Rhoose and Llantwit Major other than Wenvoe Road which also suffers from congestion at Culverhouse Cross. The impact of such congestion will lead to air pollution which is already manifest at current levels-a real health hazard. And lastly if a by-pass is not forthcoming, problems will only further multiply.
I object because-
