Other than the plans for more houses there do not appear to be any plans for how the people living in these houses will access services such as doctors dentists schools etc. I use Pontypridd road daily to get to and from work at culver house cross and traffic is already bad. I go to fonty Gary once a week for swimming lessons and traffic is generally backed up to the airport roundabout. 100 words is not enough.
What additional services are being introduced to serve all the new residents
How are the council proposing to manage all the additional traffic
Public transport is not an option. People will have to drive to the nearest trains station if the train is even a viable transport option.
