What a pointless question.
It is beyond ludicrous to suppose the current infrastructure can cope. I live in Rhoose and work in Barry. It takes me 40 minutes to get to work because of Weycock cross. Trains from Rhoose are only every hour and being stuck on a bus takes even longer. With this and other plans around the west of the Vale it is only going to get worse and the poor souls west of Rhoose have an even longer commute.
An additional “5 mile lane” built between llantwit and Barry that support access to the A48 or make the current east bound Port Road before Weycock cross a double carriage way from the airport roundabout.
