Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

250 new homes could bring 300-500 additional cars. Cardiff Road is already congested on a daily basis; causing pollution to residents. There would be an increase risk of flooding with water running off the Eastbrook site into the Cadoxton rives and flooding homes in the village.
There would be loss of wildlife; bats are seen nightly directly behind High field close. There are also buzzards and owls in the fields between Highfield close and Llandough Hospital Local primary and secondary schools
are full and over subscribed. Local doctors are at capacity
Dinas Powys' population is continuously increasing and will lose its identity as a village. The green belt boundary will merge Dinas Powys with Llandough this space should be preserved.
