I wish to object to the plan to build 250 new homes on the site below Llandough Hospital towards Cardiff Road, Dinas Powys. This is a green belt boundary and will result in destroying habitats for wildlife and increase possibility of flooding in homes in Dinas Powys. Cardiff Road is already congested and buses are unable to keep to their timetables. With additional cars from these new houses it will be impossible for emergency services to reach people quickly. It is already very difficult to get an appointment at the doctors and schools are full and over subscribed. I therefore object very strongly to these 250 new houses being built.
