Effeithiau ar y Gymraeg:

The least of my concerns.

Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

My main objection to houses on Cardiff Road is the increased traffic. My day can be dictated by what is on the road. I often wait until the flow reduces. Then there's accessing Cardiff Road from Railway Terrace. We are at the mercy of other drivers, who slow down to let us out. With extra traffic lights on Cardiff Road, I very much doubt there'll be much consideration for people trying to success the flow.
Also the lack of any amenities in Eastbrook means always having to use a car. My nearest shop is at least half an hour walk for me as I am an OAP and Blue Badge Holder. The added car owners will all have to use cars for school pick ups, shopping, accessing work, hobbies, doctors, dentists. The list is endless and so will the car use also be, with the extra houses also proposed off Sully road, the area will be carnage. It's sad that there seems to be no consideration for anybody. Flooding is also a concern as there are existing problems which will be exacerbated by more demands.
