Unclear as to the relevance of this question to a housing development unless a bias is applied to whether buyers can speak welsh or not - which would itself be discriminatory
Dinas Powys road and sewerage network insufficient capacity to support 250 new homes. Cardiff/Barry Road is gridlocked during peak times already Frequent flooding during very heavy rain to low lying areas around Mill Brook and Cadoxton river. Strategic Flood Consequences Assessment misrepresented - the flooding assessment for the RLDP shows the Vale and their consultants JBA Consulting suppressing the December 2020 flooding in Penarth/Cosmeston and Sully and *lying* that the measures taken in Dinas Powys for *individual house protection* dealt with the Cadoxton flooding issue.
