HG1 KS2: Planning Reference: Whoever came up with this idea for 250 homes on the land at Eastbrook has obviously never had to access Dinas Powys at any time of day as the traffic through here at all times is utterly ridiculous. Not only do we not have the capacity for anymore traffic the doctors surgery is at capacity also dental practices, schools as well are full. As has already been demonstrated by flooding issues over the past couple of years the infrastructure e.g water and sewage system is under serious pressure as demonstrated by the burst mains at the latter part of last year. Also access to the sight onto the only road through here is farcical to say the least. I have lived in Dinas since 1975 and have watched the ruination of this VILLAGE it certainly needs some serious thought concerning this pathetic proposal.
