Traffic mgt resolution in this area has only been put in over last three years. A proposal for a small length of dual carriageway in itself is not sufficient t to reduce traffic. There seems to be no attempt to address the inclusion of a cycle way. Even. Then cyclist rights reduce effectiveness of active travel. The development and inclusion of traffic lights will simply increase traffic congestion.
