Objection to Site HG1 KS2 (Land North of Dinas Powys)
As a Dinas Powys resident, I strongly object to the allocation of HG1 KS2 for up to 250 homes. The site would cause unacceptable traffic congestion on already overloaded Cardiff Road and local junctions. It would erode the valued countryside gap, harm the Special Landscape Area, and strain schools, GPs, and drainage infrastructure. Brownfield options should be prioritised first. This development is unsustainable and contrary to preserving Dinas Powys' character.
