Dinas Powys/Llandough just does not have the infrastructure to support this many new homes. The doctors surgery already seems to be at breaking point and the roads are already way over subscribed and suffering from lack of maintenance. Without a Dinas Powys bypass this is unfeasible. Not to mention the potential issues with flooding.
