With the fertility rate below 1.38 all these new houses will only attract people from outside area, people who do not know these fields often flood. This will only weaken support for the Welsh language.
Traffic congestion overbearing, Inadequate services (Welsh water can't [Sewage overspills too regular]), Inadequate Public transport, Urban coalescence and sprawl towards Cardiff Airport, Refuge collection over stretched, Wrong type of housing in the wrong location (Flooding measures will not work), Not Support by the Welsh Assembly, Destruction of wildlife.

Stop building new Houses - Until Welsh Water can manage all sewerage for current and future homes.
Build relief roads that allow traffic from Rhoose, St Athens and Llantwit Major can bypass Barry.
Utilise Empty properties, don't build on Fields that often flood, don't destroy wild life.
Don't allow builders that Consistently build where houses will be flooded (Persimmon Homes)
Throw the plan into the bin
Barry is becoming a housing estate - fewer amenities, Holton road is a disgrace.
