The flood risk. Pen-y-turnpike road has been flooded at least twice this year due to heavy rain. This drains down to the fields in your plan.
Pollution to myself and others in Dinas Powys.

Improving our air quality.
I cannot see in any of the plans that the Vale of Glamorgan are taking any notice of this act.
The impact of the wildlife in the area., biodiversity.

The impact on the already stretched GP surgery. I constantly struggle to speak to a GP let alone a face to face appointment.
Pollution.
Traffic. Cardiff road is gridlocked most days.
Active travel, the two train stations are inaccessible for the less abled people of Dinas Powys.
And why did Permission carry out the surveys on that land.
I attended the meeting In the Murch hall with the Vale planners. They had not visited the site.
