Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

Rhoose is taking some 10 percent of increased development yet there are no improvements to rail or bus services. The Plan allocates St Athan Rail land without any evidence it will be delivered. As a minimum there should be two trains an hour in Rhoose BEFORE any new development is even considered. Same with buses a minimum of 2 per hour. The active travel route to Weycock Cross also must be completed. If the developments at Rhoose cannot provide such enhancements the developments must not happen as the Plan would be unsound having not considered appropriate infrastructure.

Newid wedi’i awgrymu gan ymatebydd:

Before any development in Rhoose better transport facilities as identified above must be provided. This is essential to make the Plan sound. Without them the Plan is unsound.
