Weycock Cross proposed housing development on green land. Proposed construction of a third lane and access.
Please refer to the land registry evidence. The service road in front of my house is a private one. This was purchased via Herbert Builders when the houses were built. The land extends to the pavement area and the main road (Pontypridd Road). The council do not own this service road. (I have the written deeds and written evidence).
There is no public transport serving Pontypridd Road.
Access to site will cause major traffic congestion.
