Not much, as there is no nursery/primary school provision for the Welsh language
The plan is unsustainable unless significant work is done around infrastructure. The roads around Dinas are already overwhelmed with the current traffic. The access proposed onto Cardiff Road is a hazard to traffic and pedestrians. Air quality in this area will be impacted by the levels of stationary cars. The village is liable to flooding, from excess storm water and the current levels of waste water, any further homes will overwhelm the waste management system. The provision for nursery (both private and state) and schools are already over subscribed. The medical provision is already crippled by a lack of capacity.
If there is a need for further housing then more planning and actual outcomes need to be put in place prior to any work commencing.
