I am against this development for the following reasons.
This development will cause the following problems. Increased congestion. Increased flooding. Doctors and schools already at full capacity. Reduces green belt. Loss of wildlife habitat. Dinas Powys will loose its village identity. Cardiff Road already at capacity due to development in Barry docks area. NHS services and 1st responders will be directly affected by additional demand and congestion caused by the development. Eastbrook railway stn. has no viable pedestrian access and the parking there is totally inadequate.
