This is the only safe main road into Barry from Rhoose, or to access the 5 mile lane. The adjustment to the lanes using the left hand lane only for the 5 mile lane has caused huge congestion. If there are any incidents it causes congestion that brings the whole traffic system to stop in and around Barry. Public transport is not an option for daily life in the rural areas that will be affected most. The people that are proposing do not live or use this route several times a day. This affects jobs, appointments and lives. NOT SAFE.
